In 1928, René Lalique created the Merles & Raisins decorative panels, originally in pressed white glass on a silver background, to adorn the inlays in Cuba's mahogany of the legendary Orient Express. Lalique reinterprets this iconic creation today and gives it a new expression through vessels and a cup. The precious cultural inheritance of the house thus comes to life on very contemporary forms.
